At Spine & Sport, our therapists take advantage of a variety of opportunities to grow their therapy skills.

New graduates

Spine & Sport has a mentorship program for new physical therapy graduates. Mentees are paired with senior clinicians based on the mentee’s goals, areas of interest or self-identified weakness.

Our mentorship program officially runs for six months, during which time program participants meet one-on-one with their mentor. While the program runs for a finite amount of time, mentors and mentees are encouraged to have an ongoing supportive relationship.
