Wonderful for lupus
I have lupus and need a lightweight exercise experience to keep my muscles from tightening! The exercises they show me to do are wonderful! I’m not even too sore the next day. I go twice a week, which is just enough and the other days I do my exercises at home; they’re easy to do!
